Care that Wraps Around Every Child 

At Fairfield, pastoral care is not a department – it’s part of our culture. We take time to understand every child, building relationships based on trust, kindness and respect.  Every child is seen, heard and supported in the classroom, on the playground, and beyond. 

Class teachers and support staff work closely with families to ensure each child is happy, settled and thriving. Wellbeing is embedded into every aspect of school life – from Life Skills lessons to Forest School, from playtime to lunchtime. 

Wraparound care is available from 7:45am to 6:00pm, providing flexibility for families and continuity for children in a safe, familiar environment. Breakfast and after-school tea are available and there is time for games and activities. 

Our vibrant Holiday Club, managed by Fairfield teaching staff, ensures families have peace of mind of quality care during the holiday periods.
